How to Boost your (or your Husband’s) Testosterone Naturally
Ok, let’s face it, ladies! Our man’s testosterone level matters to us as much as it matters to them! It affects their health, their mood, and their libido!
Even though I am talking in a light and joking tone, for many people, this is a serious issue.
A close friend of mine almost lost his marriage over his Low-T levels. For my friend, it became a vicious cycle of stress, self-doubt, and anger. The more he worried about it, the harder time he had with his libido. While there are some very famous little blue pills out there to help, the root cause of Low-T needs to be addressed.
We all have decreasing hormone levels as we age, but our lifestyle and eating choices make it drop faster than it should naturally.
